At least 19 people were killed in different road accidents in Lahore, and Lowari top while a bullock cart driver killed in Multan .At least 14 people were killed in a crash Sunday morning as a van plunged into a ravine in the mountainous Upper Dir district near Lowari Top, officials said.Additional Assistant Commissioner (AAC) Fahidullah Khan said that the passenger van, which was on its way from Rawalpindi to Chitral, fell into a ravine at Asmani Mor near Lowari Top.Police official Ismail Khan told the road was slippery after recent rainfall, which may have possibly caused the accident.The injured were shifted to Upper Dir's District Headquarters Hospital where doctors pronounced some of those rescued as being in critical condition.A tractor trolly hit a rickshaw in Shadbagh (Lahore) resultantly four people were killed and another 4 injured.They were hospitalised where their condition is stated to be precarious
